Rehman, in the House of Commons statement by the Prime Minister on the recent G20 meeting, asked the Prime Minister what conversations he had had with the Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau about Canada's commitment to spending 2% of GDP on defence and if Canada can take the lead in challenging Russian threats in the High North and Arctic.
