Rehman had the honour of attending an event at the Medway Ghanaian Association as part of this year's Black History Month celebrations on 25th October 2014.
Rehman Chishti MP said: "It was a fantastic evening, thank you to all those that organised it. The Association plays a great role in the community, and I look forward to working with it in years to come.
"I was delighted to previously receive a delegation from the Association on a tour of Parliament and Q&A session, as well as attending their fantastic community sports day."
