Rehman joined local residents and Councillors Potter, Carr, Barrett and Ahmed in picnic in the park protest campaign against the unacceptable planning application to build 1250 houses in the Pump Lane/Lower Rainham area, on the basis that the development is too large, lacks infrastructure and is on green space.
