Rehman met with Sir Mark Lyall Grant, the UK's former National Security Adviser, UK Permanent Representative to the UN, Director-General at the FCO and UK High Commissioner to Pakistan.
Sir Mark served on Rehman's Advisory Board when Rehman was the Prime Minister's Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion or Belief, and provided Rehman with expert advise on a number of matters, including the implementation of Recommendation 20 of the Bishop of Truro's Report into Christian Persecution, which called for the UK to seek a UN Security Council Resolution.
