Rehman raised the case of Belarusian Archbishop Tadeusz Kondrusiewicz, who has been exiled from his own country, with the Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab.
Rehman stressed the importance of freedom of religion or belief as a fundamental right that is crucial for a peaceful, prosperous & virtuous society, as well as a national security imperative.
He also thanked the Foreign Secretary for his support when Rehman was the PM's Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion or Belief (2019 - 2020).
