Rehman has pledged to raise funds for a local charity in his next half marathon.
On Thursday (24 April 2014) he visited Home-Start Medway to learn more about the work they do to help families in the community.
Home-Start, based in Green Street, Gillingham, recruits and trains volunteers to support parents who have young children.
They have around 65 volunteers providing support for 120 families.
Rehman has pledged to raise funds for them when he takes part in his next half marathon expected in Canterbury in August.
You can make a donation by visiting Rehman's JustGiving page.
This will be his ninth run in support of a local charity. Previously he has raised money for St Margaret's church roof fund, Gillingham Hands and Age Concern Medway.
Rehman said:
"Home-Start Medway plays an important role in many families' lives, offering them the support they need during difficult times.
"It relies on volunteers giving up their time to help others and I would urge people to consider helping this charity.
"It is a privilege to assist Home-Start by running a half marathon to raise new funds. Let's see if I can beat my record for them in my ninth race."
