Rehman visited Medway Hospital on Friday (3 July 2015) to meet volunteers who have joined the Dementia Buddy Scheme.
This Scheme provides companionship and assistance for those living with dementia.
Rehman said:
"The scheme is making a real difference to people’s lives and I would like to personally thank all the volunteers for the brilliant work they do and encourage anyone who can spare a few hours a week to become part of this excellent scheme."
