Rehman has been shortlisted for an MP of the Year Award and you can help decide who will win.
The annual award from the Patchwork Foundation goes to MPs for their work in promoting community engagement.
They are nominated by individuals or grassroots community organisations, and the final winner is selected by an independent panel of judges.
To help make the decision, members of the public can vote for the nominated MP they think deserves to win the award.
To vote please visit the Patchwork Foundation’s website.
The winner for each category and overall national champion will be announced on Wednesday 4 November 2015.
Rehman said:
"I am delighted to have been shortlisted by the Patchwork Foundation for their MP of the Year Award for my work in the local community and nationally.
You have the opportunity to influence the final decision by voting for the MP who you think deserves this award.
"So if you back the work I have been doing locally, which includes support for local charities, sports and my latest Mental Health Bill, or perhaps my work nationally on the Daesh campaign and on religious freedom, then please do consider voting for me.
