Today, Gillingham and Rainham MP Rehman Chishti attended Medway Maritime Hospital for the official unveiling of 'The Gift of Life' art installation.
The artwork, situated in the atrium of the hospital, is dedicated to the selflessness of those who have donated organs and the courage of their families.
The unveiling coincides with national Organ Donation Week (5-11 September 2016), which focuses attention on the life-saving and life-transforming act of organ donation.
