Rehman paid tribute to Medway Council for having the lowest Council Tax in Kent whilst having excellent front line services and their use of the Government's 100% business rate retention scheme. He asked Housing Minister James Brokenshire to look favourably on Medway's bid for £170 million from the Housing Infrastructure Fund.
