Rehman, as Chair of the All Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Missing Children & Adults, highlighted with the Prime Minister at Prime Minister's Questions that 180,000 people are reported missing across the country every year and that the Home Office's Strategy on Missing People has not been reviewed since 2011.
Rehman called on the Prime Minister to urgently review and update the Strategy and requested a meeting between the charities Missing People and The Children's Society, the Prime Minister and himself to look at this important issue.
