Rehman, during a ministerial statement in the House of Commons by the Defence Secretary on Ukraine, asked the Government to re-look at the IMF’s Special Drawing Rights (SDR) programme, which last year gave Russia $17.5 billion.
Rehman has previously written a joint article on this issue in The Times with US Representative French Hill.
