Rehman, in parliamentary questions to COP26 President The Rt Hon Alok Sharma MP, asked the Secretary of State to take forward faith leaders' work on climate change further to the Secretary of State previously visiting the Holy See and receiving a document outlining faith leaders' work on this issue.
The UK is hosting an international Ministerial conference on Freedom of Religion or Belief in July 2022, which Rehman signed off when he served as the UK PM's Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion or Belief (2019-20).
